PRESS RELEASE
Denver, CO
July 11, 2003

"Metro Brokers Equals Sold" Morey Evans Creates New Television Ad For Association

Metro Brokers, Inc., a statewide trade association of more than 1,700 independent real estate professionals, is launching a new television ad entitled "Metro Brokers Equals Sold".

The 30-second television ad, which will air on both local network and cable stations throughout Colorado, begins airing July 28, 2003. The ad message is centralized on Metro Brokers' understanding that a consumer's desire is to sell their home quickly and the brokers ability to deliver. The ad will feature a family moving into a new house, while the neighbors' teenage daughter is instantly smitten with their hunky teenage son. The parents immediately recognize the daughter's "crush" and the dad exclaims, "We gotta move." The spot ends with hands planting the Metro Broker sign in the yard and the tag line, "When you want to sell your house, you want to sell your house. Fast.".

"Metro Brokers Equals Sold" is a timely message amidst the current state of the real estate market, "said Deanna Drury, Metro Brokers' executive director. "Our goal is to ensure consumers know that Metro Brokers offers exceptional service and results, working tirelessly to sell homes, and fast."

The television spot was created by Denver-based advertising firm, Morey Evans Advertising.

"Our creative strategy behind the 'Metro Brokers Equals Sold' ad is to use intelligent wit while clearly stating the mission of each of our Metro Brokers," said Tom Evans, creative director at Morey Evans Advertising, which created all previous concepts for the Metro Brokers commercials. "To sell homes, quickly, and do it better then anyone else."

"The ad provides an avenue to memorably bond together the Metro Brokers brand and the exceptional performance by our association of brokers," added Drury.

The commercial follows in the spirit of the ads Metro Brokers has aired over the past five years. In recent years the campaign entitled "Stopping Power" consisted of four highly successful TV spots, "Student Driver", "DMV", "State Trooper" and "Paint Truck," which was honored at the 2001 Denver Advertising Federation as a finalist in its annual awards for excellence.
