Morey Evans Makes Mark in Denver Ad Show
Morey Evans Advertising won awards for six different clients at the Denver Advertising
Federation's annual Ad Show awards dinner yesterday.
Morey Evans clients whose work was represented in the presentation include The Salt Lake
Tribune, Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, Pak Mail Centers of America, netLibrary, The
Walter Kaitz Foundation and Herman Miller Workplace Resource.
The agency also was recognized across a broad spectrum of tactical work, from television
advertising for Pak Mail to collateral for Herman Miller to direct mail for netLibrary. For the
second year running, the popular radio campaign for Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard,
featuring the agency's "spokes-character,"
the Good Times Director of Global Expansion, picked up honors from the judges.
"We're exceptionally proud of the fact that every single client whose work we entered was
represented in the competition," said Tom Evans, Creative Director of the agency. "Not to
mention, every writer and art director in our creative department brought home Finalist, Silver
or Gold awards. Breadth like that is
not easy to achieve."
"Ours is not an agency that does work expressly for the purpose of winning awards," added
Glenn Morey, the agency's founder and President. "But, clearly, work that solves marketing
problems in elegant or surprising ways proves time and again to be award-worthy."
Morey Evans was one of only four agencies to achieve double-digits in awards count at the
event this year.
