Carrier Access
OneMediaPlace
What if you woke up one day and your customers were gone?

That is precisely where Carrier Access found itself following a period of dramatic consolidation within the telecommunications network business. The growth telecoms of the '90s were gone, swallowed up by the legacy phone companies. With dwindling sales, Carrier Access needed to move quickly to establish awareness with these massive targets.

We invented the Roadblock as a way to build momentum quickly, dominating all communication channels simultaneously within a tight timeframe, thereby penetrating the target market with maximum impact. The result was a steep increase in market awareness and buzz, piquing the interest of the target audience. Everywhere our target audience turned, they encountered the Carrier Access brand and message through trade advertising, direct marketing, online advertising, trade show presence, and sponsorships.

Culminating with the industry's largest event, Supercomm, our Roadblock drove awareness from zero to 22% within 90 days, repositioned the customer approach strategy, and was cited as a catalyst for growing stock from $0.32 to $15.
