How do you succeed in a marketplace defined by competitors outspending you 20 to 1?

Inventive story-telling. We've been the agency of record for Good Times for over 15 years, and we've invented strategies that have helped unit volumes rise from $450,000 to over $1 million.

Our brand had to be powerful enough to position Good Times as a purposeful destination, not just a convenience. So we turned our "underdog" status into an advantage by inventing a tongue-in-cheek, fictional "Director of Global Expansion," charged with developing the kind of big-time product and marketing ideas it would take to "beat out the big chains." In TV and radio spots, he rolled out frozen custard, weekly rotating flavors, specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches, whole-ring onion rings, buck-burgers, and countless other products and promotions—tirelessly and naively committed to his mantra, "We're gonna be big."

Our campaign quickly became the most popular in Denver's history, so beloved that focus group participants regularly quote entire lines from our radio spots. We saw an 18% increase in same store sales, and our product introductions have increased purchases by women by 10%. We are currently in our eleventh consecutive quarter of positive sales comps.
